From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I knew luxury awaited me. the service staff was attentive, catering to my every need. the exclusive amenities made me feel pampered such as the spa center facilities, indoor swimming pool and steam room. the restaurant was exquisite, with a wide range of options from the special diet menus. the in-room breakfast was very convenient, and the bar/lounge offered a relaxing atmosphere for a nightcap.
My only minor issue was that the leisure/TV room lacked comfortable seating options.
However, this was outweighed by the numerous facilities available, such as the sauna, body wrap, facial, and massage treatments.

good value considering price it charged, nice service. clean hotel, attractive rooms, reasonably priced location. fast staff worked here and was willing to help. there were terrace, super fast internet and flat screen tv with cable channels in the room, loved that. btw, i was at walking distance from a hilltop museum.

Such an extra special experience. I loved the beds, they were good, and how lovely the staff was. The poolside restaurant had fantastic food and friendly service. The room was uniquely decorated and reasonably priced. The hotel was next to ferry and supermarket downstairs thanks to its absolutely perfect location. Also, parliament buildings was located in the immediate surroundings.

From the exclusive amenities to the exceptional service, my stay here was nothing short of luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre offered an impressive range of treatments for ultimate relaxation, while the Indoor swimming pool and Sauna provided a perfect escape from the bustling city. the Jacuzzi was an added bonus, offering blissful soaking anytime. What's more, the room advantages were top, notch, with stunning city views and lavish decor.
The only minor issue was the Bar/Lounge area.
Although impressive, it was slightly cramped and lacked a warm atmosphere.

The bed was comfortable and location was EXCELLENT. We appreciated sitting on the balcony. Central Business - Lambton Quay district is worth seeing. Moreover, Wi Fi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property.
